Take your gear between maps, all our epoch servers are on the same hive so your gear travels with you. The Vigilant Addiction community has been deeply involved in Dayz since it was in its infancy.     a lot of people are still in the mod because there is just really not much to do in the SA ATM. It's a good foundation but that's about all it is right now, a foundation.
