Why on earth would you want to play on an Aussie hosted public hive server?

How much was community and how much was devs? Edit: Well, since I last refreshed you've paid plenty of tribute to the community, namely R4Z0R49, but I am still curious. Call me crazy, but I swear the majority didn't think we'd hear from you until standalone.

Wasn't directed at you neccessarily, and doesn't answer the question or address the problem you guys have. I've been waiting a few weeks now. You should check your PM's occasionally on here since there is no recourse through the survivedayz forums.

Has the kiddie admin abuse problem been fixed yet?

They have adressed all the duping methods (that I'm at least aware of), and being a private hive stops the aforementioned issues due to hive updating speeds in any case. No more duping your inventory, no more duping your tents, and they claim to have fixed other dupes like using zeds or backpacks though I never bothered finding out how that stuff works personally so I can only assume. Hard to find weapons are just that, hard to find. At this stage, none of the above duping has occured (though I haven't been able to get in the last couple of days which Rhyan is kind enough to sort out for me). Check it out. Only one of their servers are running the survivedayz mod from my understanding, but it's a welcome relief knowing the OP weapons/items are out.

I can't seem to find any info on the Lingor server, and the only mention of the possibility was in the 'Lingor Please' thread which for some reason I cannot post in due to permission??? I've replied to.

Server: US771 Time: Around 8:40pm (UTC +8) to around 9:00pm Date: 9th of August Details: Hacker spawned a heli, claimed to be able to fly it and promptly crashed it into the water, then immediately spawned a second heli. He also was carrying a AS50 TWS and offered to spawn me one which I declined (not shown in vid), and lastly after I repeatly called him out for being NightStalkerNZ and flying me up to the North of the map he teleported me up in the clouds to fall to my death. I've mashed up vids I took over the period however it didn't record my voice (the louder voice is the other player in the server who was in TS with me). Anyone who has played with him will recognize his voice in any case. I'm expecting plenty of his BLS crew to rubbish it, but personally they should be distancing themselves from their clan leader. Suspect clan anyway by my experience with a few of their individuals in my previous history with them. On that note, as the comments of that vid state, he actively came looking for me on an empty server. This was no chance meeting and the hacker obviously knew me. I know who it was and stand by my claims. Server host will be happy to provide logs and has already banned his GUID from locally. At least it's one less hacker we can get off the game, and if it's a second account he used then at the very least he might think twice before being so brazen next time. P.S Background story: I am no part of XTG and never have been, but was briefly part of BLS some 6 or so months ago before an argument over my and other members concerns of one of their founding members using hacks, which led to us being asked to leave. This is just some personal fun he tried to have but didn't count on me knowing who it is and also recording it. Plus he forgot to change his default name lol.

LOL I just heard in that same server, two days ago, "[bLS] Jabbajaws77" was banned for spawning in an AS50. You guys need to update your hacks.

Friend of yours Nightie? You should be more careful who you allow into your group, it gives BLS a bad name if everytime I see one of you guys running around they're up to no good.

Yeah, havent read the thread. The usual apologies if already mentioned.... Uniforms. Can we choose what to wear/look like with more options, whether its various coloured clothing to make our own, or an actual uniform design, I would like to be able to identify fellow squad members easier.

Now you BLS guys are telling as many people as possible in Aussie servers that I use scripts and trying to find out what server I play on. Funny how I can't find any allegations in the forums of me hacking/scripting. Also heard some of you guys are playing under Robocops name stating that I used to hack with him lol. Might want to work on the accent though, last I checked he wasn't a Kiwi. Brilliant.

Mark, man up and admit it. It's you. Your little joke backfired. How many kiwi's named Mark know me from my 2 weeks at BLS playing BF3, know XTG and some of the guys there (which I was never part of), who think it would be funny trying to frame them as hackers, and would bother looking for me to go to the trouble of taking a single player on a joyride using hacks on an empty server. I'm not sure Mark why you are trying to deflect it for, all your friends know it was you. I've spent enough time in TS3 with you to reconize your voice, and anyone who isn't in on your little joke from BLS or those randomly joining your TS3 room will be thinking the same thing next time you're in TS3. You, or at least I suspect your second account, has been reported. I've done my bit to make this world safer.

Does anyone else see any problems with admins or their group either actively engaging in hacking or tolerating known hackers who have apparently vowed to only fight the injustice and crime of Gotham... I mean Chernogorsk. The conversation I've pulled quotes from is regarding alleged hackers also having the power to ban one of our group. I'm surprised they would come out and admit it like they have done. Can we get a statement from the admin/s (Bones?) denying these comments from clan members (DRM) and other players who frequent this server?

Why not just hack in your own M16 ACOG then? Seems pointless for a hacker to do a trade. In any case, if you would rather do it the right way Latsi (by stealing them), Skalisty Island on US360 has a bunch of tents overlooking the town and also the SE side with plenty of what you are after.

So is that considered "fighting fire with fire" using hacks to fix a chopper? Pretty much this.

Admins gonna hack to though? His batbike or whatever has guns/rockets on it, as does his batplane thingy have weapons. In any case, the hacker doesn't use weapons, he uses hacks, like Batsonar.

I said it on the previous page (here). You guys are suggesting by your stories the admin or someone with admin access are also part of a group of hackers. What troubles me is that none of you claim to be in or near the chopper, you are trying to completely blame hackers. Yet the banned player Alt F4'd while engaging the chopper and it's crew just after it landed on the island. So that leads most intelligent people to conclude that the admin or someone with at least admin access was on the island and party to the engagement and laid down the ban from witnessing the banned players combat logging. If that is the case, shame on you. It's not about the banning, we questioned the duping and how you fixed a smoking helicopter within a short amount of time and your response was "hackers did it" which seems to be a filthy lie. There was no heli parts in the tents, only high end weapons and items. Just come out and admit you did some magic. What the hell are you talking about? You admit "they" (admin) to having someone use a hack and are happy with it? You admit to the admin using hacks or at the least encouraging someone else to and try and justify it as fighting fire with fire? The guy you banned wasn't hacking and wasn't banned for hacking. No hacks were involved in shooting your precious heli, so how do you guys justify magically repairing your heli then? We know why he got banned. None of us claimed we were being teleported anywhere. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but only two of us, Strike and me, were on the island as per the original post. Anyone else complaining about your server is separate complaints, even though we joined at one stage halfway through some thunderdome fun. Seems like you have some issues with the way you manage your server but you're all in denial and trying to blame hackers for banning people. But they managed to report someone and get banned for combat logging within a short period of time?!?! Your story falls apart right there, you claim you don't have the chopper but hackers must have it, and they are using it to defend YOUR camp, and they also have the power to ban players. Unless or is it common for you guys to just hand over RCON control to any old player who joins your server? If not, do you guys know your magical RCON has been compromised by hackers? You guys have just admitted being party to an admin who is content with hacking using some sort of twisted "fire with fire" moral code. We have seen, and on a few occasions engaged, at the same time players at those camps with and without tags. As far as we can tell, you have members who are not using your tags which doesn't surprise me because they are rather lame. To clarify, this guy is not associated with Strike and I. Again, out of the posters complaining about your server in here, only Strike and myself are posters from when we took down your heli. I suggest you treat their complaints as a different topic as it has nothing to do with us.

The player who got banned was shooting at the chopper as it landed on the island after it flew around us a few times. They thought we had left but one guy stayed behind. The chopper had black smoke coming out, and then unleashed the rest of his AS50 into it. He then got shot and combat logged, and only knew he received the ban a matter of 20 mins or so later. Bear the above in mind when reading this: So this hacker flying the chopper is the admin as well? Otherwise how would any responsible player, since you said it must be a hacker team there, be in a position to lay down the banhammer if they weren't there? Was "bones" in the chopper or just being told to banhammer by his crew flying around? How the hell did someone get a ban for combat logging if only hackers were operating the chopper and on the island? You are full of it. P.S Name of the guys (or hackers according to you lot) in the chopper as per my fraps, possibly one or two more in there but names won't show up. PROPAQ (pilot) Shadow (the gunner who Strike famously shot out of a moving target while under fire) I can list the other three players we killed on the island playing cowboy and indians with the zeds if you like. All of which were using the tents and their cute little sandbag forts, most of them we saw (but not all) with a '=' or '=drm' style clan tag...

Ever heard of the edit button stampler. It's much better than reading your one liner posts if you just keep it all nice and neat in the one post. If as you claim the helicopter and it's crew were all hackers, which judging by their abilities to magically repair the thing (they were a useless shot with it though), I will look forward to reviewing the video taken and can then expect them to be banned from your server to? We know who was shot out of it, and I'm pretty sure I know who was flying it.

That's a great idea. I strongly suggest staying in that server and waiting for him to come back. He could be on his way in there now actually, so you probably should log in right away!
