    Epoxy and cant cut shotgun

    Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I've been trying to figure this out for a while. It seems like something is broken on my hosted server. We've wiped the server clean, and there are no mods causing conflicts with crafting. Epoxy doesn't work for repairs, and you can't cut down shotguns with a hacksaw (BK-43). Has anyone else experienced these issues?
