    Flickering, how to fix it ?

    Vsync off/on is no difference. This only happens when I move the mouse. I have updated the graphics card drivers many many times. I used different usb ports, it also did not give anything. I changed windows, changed monitors, changed video cards, but they were both from amd and I think that's the problem. Also used Rtss and it didn't help either. I hope there is a person who knows how to solve this problem. The video shows that the picture is not smooth although Vsync is enabled https://youtu.be/uzbSOFyi9YQ
