My account was hacked and the hacker misused it.
I would like you to reassess my ban, because through the IP it is possible to see that it was not me who hacked the game.
It really messes up my account because I've never cheated in my life.
I know that on Steam they say that account security is the responsibility of the user, but I was NOT to blame for being hacked, several of my accounts I had to recover, such as email accounts.
I think it's very unfair.
