I have been banned due to my steam account getting hacked a while back i have done so many tickets about it i have spoken to steam and they said i had to contact the staff of the game to see if that can be changed

I have been banned due to my steam account being banned though this my ban was from the developer and not steam themselves i have spoke to steam about it and there is nothing they can do due to it being a developer ban is there any way i can get my account unbanned and get it back please

My steam account was hacked awhile ago and when i managed to get my steam account back i noticed i have received a ban on a game and noticed it was DayZ and it mentions on steam that i was banned by the game developer and the ban was 139 days ago i have emailed countless of time to see if i can get unbanned but no reply at all and this is the last hope or i have wasted my money on the game
