    My buddy is having the same issue and honestly after going through hours of various fixes and solutions nothing is working. Reinstalling the game, validating, even trying to play through experimental does nothing. One thing we noticed is that ram usage goes to 97%. Someone suggested that it might be client side hardware issue but when you have 32GB of ram and every other game works easily on max setting and even ray tracing.
