If that helps, I also asked a friend of mine who is in a different country to connect to the same server (EU official DE 2194) on his end. He runs into the same issue as well, so it's definitely a global problem. On top, there seems to be an issue with the game servers list filtering. When switching from the official servers list to the community servers, the official servers are being displayed. Only when switching to a second page of the community servers you can actually see the community servers.
