Yeah, I'm going to assume that it's due to DayZ and the capacity needed to run it and a stream at the same time. If you really want to get to the bottom of it, you could try using justin.tv and seeing if the issue still persists. I was going to initially advise you to turn post-processing effects off, but I decided not to because your game seems to run fine. You can try turning it off, but I'm not sure whether that will help you. It may allow your computer to handle DayZ a bit better, though. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help! Cheers.

Open up steam, go to library, right click on Arma II Operation Arrowhead, click on properties, click on the local files tab, then click on the verify integrity of game cache button and it should fix that file for you. Run Operation Arrowhead in administrator. If no errors occur, open DayZ in Six Launcher. Hope this helps; let me know!

Ensure that the server you are trying to connect to is up-to-date with the current version. Patch 1.7.2 literally just came out, so servers have been slowly updating.

Hmm. It's a bit of a tricky one because so many factors can be involved. If your game isn't lagging, only the stream, then it's related to twitch.tv. Are you able to visibily see the lag spikes when re-watching the stream, or is this only being reported by other user(s)? I'm sure you're aware that in general, streams tend to lag for viewers (depending on their internet connection) but I just want to make sure.

Servers need to update to reflect the most recent version, 1.7.2. Try joining a server that is running 1.7.2. What version are you running? Do you have the Arma 2 beta? Have you used Six Updater? I'm playing on a server which allows map markers. I can see the blue ATV symbol on my map, can other players see it too? Thanks in advance <3

Thanks for the information. I died when I was laying down extremely close to my vehicle (which had been completely hidden in the trees for hours) so I was just a bit curious. I'll speak to my server admin and hopefully get the map markers disabled. Cheers! -
If you're wanting to create your own server, please go to the server section of the forums and read the stickied threads: http://dayzmod.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?fid=14 It may be easier for you to just join another server as there are strict rules on maintaining your own server. Oh. Mate, that's just because the update came out a few hours ago and Six Launcher itself hasn't had time to update the server list. If you actually go into the server list in Arma 2, click filter and type "1.7.2". Enjoy playing! -

The HIVE is what all servers are connected to. Have you tried going back to Six Launcher and launching in a 1.7.2 server? -

Direct3D9 Graphic error, just started after update

Launch Arma 2 once, and then Operation Arrowhead once. This removes any registry issues you are having. If this issue still persists; exit STEAM, then start STEAM via (left click select icon, right click open menu, select "run as administrator") If that fails please restart the PC. Continue to launch in Six Launcher after this. Let me know if this helps. Cheers! -

Hey mate, It's most likely due to factors on your end (internet speed, computer etc). Do you experience this same issue playing other games? I've watched some streams before and they occasionally have a lag spike on their stream. Hope I could help!

It's due to the recent patch and the need for servers to update. If multiple servers have 0-4 people it's related the the HIVE. Hope I could help!
