This has fixed it for some users: Delete the C:\Users\Username\Documents\ArmA 2 Other Profiles\CharName\Saved\mpmissions folder. http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=32422 Hope this helps!

Servers that aren't passworded and have a maximum population of over 40 are usually whitelisted. In lamens terms, just join a popular server and stick to it for a while. If all else fails, delete your character from the main menu settings of Arma. Click 'new' and create a new profile. Hope I could help. -

Hi, You are in what is known to be "debug forest". You can head East/South-east for fifteen minutes until you see grass textures again, or hit respawn. This is a bug which will hopefully be fixed soon. Cheers. -

Right click the game in Steam, click properties, left click launch options and copy and paste that into there.

Okay, this should fix it! Add this to your startup line again: "-mod=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\ArmA 2;EXPANSION;ca" Restart your PC. This should eliminate the two errors you receive when running OA. Run OA in administrator. Once those errors have gone, run DayZ from Six Launcher.

For the moment, don't worry about it mate. DayZ occasionally pops up errors of missing files. It seems 1.7.2 has "lost" a few other files too! These seem to be harmless. If you come across any game-breaking issues, send me a pm and I'll do my best to help you. Enjoy playing mate! -

You can't catch a break can you?! xD From what I've read on the Beth forum, that 1kb file that always fails to download is of no importance. Other members have stated that many Steam games have this issue. Is this error appearing when using Six Launcher? Ultimately, if you can play the game with no game-breaking bugs, ignore the errors.
