    Dear sirs, I come through this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the ban I received on your Dayz game platform. I was recently banned without any prior notice or plausible justification. Therefore, I strongly request that my case need to be vieved and the ban removed from my account. I hope that the company will review my case and that we can find a solution that is fair and suitable for both parties.
