  2. you alt f4, you stand u and look stupid for 60 secs. 20 second timer to logout safely if you havent taken damage within the last 10 mins. You are bound to current server for 30 mins if you've opened loot. Fixes a horde of problems and the fps crybabys go back to cod.

    Remove broken bones and make it a death blow.

    just let the broken leg wear off @20-30 mins(time spent IN GAME). problem solved... and still need to carry multiple injectors.

    Cure for brittle bone disease?

    Id like to see the broken leg wear off after 30min to an hour of logged in time. Severe enough to still carry a lot of (and persue more) morphine, but dealable for soloers. The brittle bone syndrome combined with high rate of bugged ways to break a leg really hinders group dynamics.

    Server hopping: a way to limit it?

    Make a player locked to current server for 30mins after first loot interaction. Make a 1 min unconcious automaticly when logging in indoors.

    i know ops pain, i got two slug hits from a remmington on a player as he was walking down stairs, fully bottle necked. he had enough time to unload his makorov on me before dropping, lost a gps to a 3rd player roaming the area for that :(

    Broken leg? No morphine? Very good

    I love how screwed you are when you get a broken leg... but its gotten to the point that you should carry mor e morphine than ammo. Either the rate of leg breakage needs to be much more rare, or as common as it is but fades on its own after say 45 mins in game.

    Add a debuf for server hoppers, 30 min delay before being able to join a different server after the first gear check, Or successfully being logged on a server for 5 mins.
  10. players logging in to buldings in towns is the major cuase of this, perhaps an automatic unconscious wake up time (1min) while in buildings can help avoid this. this would motivate players to have to hide themselves in the wilderness or much better in loot camps to avoid waking up dead. Down the line maybe to counter innocent spawn killing perhaps a mechanic for seeing where youre about to log in could be used.(which would then have to have a restriction because it too would be abused.
  11. Hello Rocket and Devs, I find the current percent chance at breaking a leg to be waaaaaay to high. damn near 50% it feels like, which hurts given the zeds can hear you from miles away now. I simpley can't carry that much morphine! either the rates gotta drop, or it needs to fade after a time interval. I also thought of some other ideas for revamping injury system. and added several other debuffs to add to the fright factor. What if on hit it looks like this, 20%likelyhood of bleed, (self congeals by4-5000 blood lost.) 5% White flash - Screen flashes white with impact. quick fade to norm. 5% Black out- Screen pulses dark several seconds like the wrong ver error message. 5% Stun - movement speed reduced by 50% for 6 secs 5% Aiming thrown off. Lose iron sights and ability to shoot for few seconds, or even better simpley knock xhairs off random degrees( Friendly fire! oh nooes) 2% Broken leg functions As current - (Perhaps debuff fades at 30min?) 1% Disarmed, Youre cruel you'll like this one.. drop weapon on ground lol. *Last thought, what if you added a much longer reload time for when a characters in pain?
  12. sadly op has a point, The game is hardcore when you play like its real, But currently the new changes have made it that someone who plays it like a cheesy mmo yields better results... Ive watched a lot of zed trains today.
  13. I work nights, and i think the game was massivly fun up till today. There are definitly issues that need tweaking. The stealth system is currently broken. which ruins any fun in night ops. Night gamma still needs tweaks to how dark it can get. Broken legs are currently near 50% likelyhood per hit it seems. Some of the best times ive ever had gaming have been ninja bean runs at 5am Ive linked this video elsewhere, but imma do it again because imo this is how night should be balanced and i hope the devs see it

    To easy to be detected by zombies?

    i love this game for the stealth play. without it it feels more like work than play. This youtube vid i made was some of the most fun ive had playing a game ever, IMO i think rocket should keep the zeds near blind, near deaf and dumb, Just make the penalty for aggroing more costly.. and drop that 50/50 Bone break chances... seriouslly!
  15. The game feels more like work now than play. I would like to see zombies with the level of awareness they had in 1.7 as it made for enough high suspense moments, with perhaps some of the following enhancements to add to the difficulty, Add between +1 and +4 random extra zeds at all locations. Have wandering zeds start wandering toward you if you get to close(like they catch your scent, ie a % higher chance theyll walk right at you as you get closer and closer) Have more Zeds spawn in periodicly the longer you stay in one area. Rn stealthing anything is broken.
  16. I actually liked doing stealth runs at that point of the night where everythng was jusssst visible in a muted dark greyscale. Imo that point where its near pitch black, but you can just see outlines of things nearest you should be the most extreeme case. this link is a vid i made in 1.7, no gamma adjusts, and just enough vision to keep me scared. perhaps the darkest it should get is just a bit more than the night featured here.
  17. i agree with the sentiments of 1.7 having the right feel to it, Some of the best moments i can recall in gaming have been simple stealth missions into a grocery store. Tonight ive watched multiple players just train zeds around, This causes WOW flashbacks in no enjoyable way. There were times that i thought stealth play was perhaps too easy, but that was the appeal to this game rather than playing a generic fps shooter, now the aggro system is simpley obnoxious. factor in the increased damage, and the fact that players are constantly leaking and all seem to have brittle bone syndrome, doing anything has become a chore. Edit: this is the stealth I love. there was no moment in it iwasnt on the edge of my seat....
