Five hours ago I got sniped off the map, where there's no way someone could have saw me. Immediately I made note of the current players list. When I finally got back to my two bases, both were broken into, in the same manner at the same time simultaneously in the past. One time I heard one of the hackers through the in game chat, and he had the same accent from the place all of these accounts were clearly operating out of, based on two profiles, plus the fact they have the same generic account name with bb####### and numbers. The of the other accounts was Chinese characters, and at least one of the "bb" ones had location as China. I'm on an LA official server fyi. And YES, we are moving to a community server, but haven't gotten that all together. From what I can tell on reddit and these forums the DayZ devs and official admins are effectively useless. BattleEye seems to be garbage. I can't for the life of me understand why they can't simply do an update where the Admin powers (what the hackers use through the backdoor) be limited to an approved list of mods.
The moment any other player attempts one of those abilities, the game detects it and kicks them out with a permanent ban.
How frickin hard is it BI to do this?
