Your suggestion, if it's for vanilla servers, doesn't make any sense about extending the reincarnation time for two fundamental reasons, First: Apparently you have spent very few hours in Dayz, and your experience is limited, as a person who has played 2,500 hours, I will tell you this, the main hostilities take place in three places, Tisy, Airport in the center, and Zelenogorsk, If Zelenogorsk can be reached from minimum supplies for 15 - 20 minutes, appearing in the nearest city, then to Tisy (Military base at the very top), depending on the player's experience, if he plays well in an hour, he will run, if not very well, then at least an hour and a half, adding time character spawn doesn't make any sense. Second: Appearing on the coast, it often happens that you need to be reborn in another place, or zombies will kill you, waiting five minutes every time is completely absurd.

Two Anti-Cheat Suggestions

When I compared Dayz and CS - It was not about what losses you will incur upon death (loss of loot) But in the very mechanics of banning cheaters, so it seems to me that your claim has no place to be because I did not write anything like that, these are your fantasies. As for the paid pass, I am not saying that it should be mandatory, on the contrary, I present it in such a way that everything remains as it is now, a standard anti-cheat, but add a paid pass to those players who are ready to pay $ 10 for half a year so that players do not abused cheats, and knew that this could be followed by liability. The only thing I can't understand is your indignation about the paid pass, if you are not interested in official servers, and you use exclusively the "services" of the community, then claims are not appropriate here. Regarding the fact that there is nothing to be done about it, I proposed an ideal option in which the players will be delighted, and the developers themselves will be able to earn extra money, because the amount that I proposed is ridiculous, but if you don’t have that kind of money, nothing is for you will not change, you will play using the BattleEye anti-cheat😉 -
I won’t say that bases are very easy to raid, if you have 12-15 metal doors, then it will be very difficult to crack them both with your hands and with cartridges, yes, it will take a monstrous amount of your time, but no one has raided my base yet ^_ ^(18 doors) 😂😂😂

Two Anti-Cheat Suggestions

I understand that it is possible to make such an anti-cheat difficult, however, I offered alternative options that are very realistic in execution, most players who use cheats on official servers know that they will not get anything for it, just like on community servers, where they will be banned on some separate server, and their steam account will be safe. Community servers confuse me for two reasons, the first is that most of them have a payment system where you can buy any resources, which makes one of the main mechanics of the game useless, the second is that the person who created the server can do anything with your base , or unbalance the loot spawn. If you make a paid pass - Most of those who use cheats will think twice about the fact that all statistics are recorded and monitored, if they are convicted, they will lose access to the game from their account, I didn’t just write that the pass will cost 6 - 10 $ for half a year, this is a very minimal amount in terms of a month, six full servers will already provide several employees with salaries, Today I remembered that approximately the same mechanics work in the game counter strike, but if I'm not mistaken, the players themselves do this, but of course there is a much larger flow of people than in Dayz, it would not be bad to at least try to deal with this, and if you are pessimists, you can create your own server and play alone, there will definitely not be cheaters ^-^ -
Two Anti-Cheat Suggestions, but first a heartbreaking story: In two days, the cheater killed me 2 times, at a distance of 500+ meters, two hits in the head from a small caliber through the wall (not in an open space, but in a building) The first and second ideas can be combined with what is written in postscript. First: I, as a poorly versed player, see the work of cheats in this vein - They intercept traffic coming to iron processing without interfering with the game code, which is why the anti-cheat cannot detect it, it was good to do something with it (updating Anti cheat) Second: Add the ability to view all the information about the kill through the command, for example, who killed you, what weapon he used, the distance of the kill, where he hit, whether there were obstacles for the cartridge he shot, the wall, the fence, and the time of the kill, and so save all such information about the user and the ability to send a complaint to him, so that one of the employees looks at the date, time, all the player's logs, and if he really used the software - Ban by steeam id, ip, and hardware. Postscript: In case there is not enough funding for such initiatives, I have a proposal to introduce an analogue of the battle pass, for example, every half a year the player pays $6 (This is the amount that I spend on coffee every day, I will not be sorry) And gets the opportunity go to the section with enhanced anti-cheat which is constantly updated and a high level of player support, if 6$ is not enough, you can 10$ ^-^

The opinion of a player who acquired Dayz back in 2014

There are two proposals, on different topics, so as not to clutter up the space, I will describe them in 1 topic. First sentence describing the process: Dayz is currently a more balanced and very fun game, from my point of view it lacks specific major tournaments like other disciplines related to the game mechanics, what can I introduce? Even if such a tournament is held every two years, for example, I would see a way of holding something that would not drag out one match for more than five hours, this may look exactly like this - each match will be associated with the mechanics of the game, for example, for all 100 participants in the first round, the goal will be to survive, after appearing on the shore, all players are in PVE mode for the first five minutes to avoid chaos, after three hours a massive spawn of zombies will begin that will be able to open doors, climb into hard-to-reach places, during this time the player must find weapons, building tools, build up and try to fight off zombies and players, the last 30 players go to the next stage, for example, it is associated with PVP mechanics, players are given tablets at the beginning of the game, on which every 10 minutes you can see the nearest players in range 1 000 meters, If after three hours there are more than 30 players on the server, starting from the edges of the map, there is a massive shelling of the himzone gradually approaching the very center, like in deathmatch, so you can weed out the best players in dayz who know this game better than any beginner until the final. The second sentence concerns the game itself, and rather describes my vision of how to make the electronic lock code in games: It seems to me that there are two options for implementing such an idea, the first one is closer to reality, for example, a mechanical combination lock is placed on the building, from above electronic combination lock for 5 digits with three 9v batteries capable of maintaining energy for within one month , after the charge ends, the electronic lock code subsides and the mechanical one remains. The second option is to add a radiation-type battery, which can only be found at large military bases, it is only suitable for electronic locks and its charge is unlimited, but the second method is more fantastic, it seems to me the first one is more practical P.s This is my humble and superficial idea of what would be good for the game, maybe something like this has been in development for a long time, I just don't have the information, let's hope for the developers- 1 reply
