Server goes locked when enabling enableCfgGameplayFile

I started using enableCfgGameplayFile = 1; today, it worked fine, then after a few restarts I can't join the server, a Lock appears on the Join button. If I disable enableCfgGameplayFile it works agains but I really need to use it, there are no typos so I don't understand. Anyone has any idea? Thank you
