I am having the same thing. I used all the file updates that Bhaalshad had in his discord aswell. Performed the softwipe, and still have things floating in the air.

I found that when this happens, I opened steam client up and I see no connection in the bottom where the downloads show when updating steam games. After i relaunch steam and login that problems goes away.
