In some hospital clinic, Hannah can spawn a vaccine to cure an infected. The vaccine is applied stealthily. When the infected person is vaccinated, he will run non-stop until he dies.

Some infected have behavior similar to the meerkat animal. It's another stage of the disease. Those infected at this stage of the disease do not attack anyone, but run in fear.

The infected stay crouched. The infected have no conscience, but having the crouching mechanic will end up catching the player character by surprise.

The infected fight each other. They fight over food. They fight to run after the character.
