I did follow that idea for quite a while, I always figured there was no need to shoot unarmed people. Wrong. If they are close to me, from now on they're going down. the amount of times I've left someone alone only then to have them try and hatchet me five minutes later is rediculous. If I see someone from afar then fine let them go. but if I'm looting in say cherno and someone get near me, they're going to get shot.

what server was this on? that may have been me lol

If someone is new to the game and feels like playing with tags on, so fucking what? the options is available, if everyone listened to fucktards who insist that people shouldnt play specific server ( CH:ON, TP:ON etc.) servers would be even more overpopulated. Clearly you don't play on a regular server so why fucking hate on someone who does, it's quite clear he'll never interfere with your game play.

after two boring days of work, this thread consumed hours of paid time lol. Love it! Even if the majority of these are not true, it still ads a form of excitement to all of the mentioned locations, It increases the fear factor ten fold. Also the idea of a sort of psycho factor to murders would be absolutely amazing. But probably more based on character age. For example the older the character the more likely to be affected by these hapenings. Perhaps fora bandit with murders the illusions could be more threatening or more gory or scary? and a nuetral survivor maybe just weird shit?

In addition to what the other two said, It will automatically swap a few magazines as well, so you'll have at least some ammo ready to go.

Honestly, FUCK YOU. I really didn't care about losing my gear. Spent a hell of a long time getting that stuff, but had nothing else to do. Chilling on the hill near the fire station with a mate. I get a guy who was running around behind us so clearly someone knows we're here. All of a sudden, my friend goes down from an unknown. I'm searching for him everywhere. All of a sudden I see barrel smoke right next to me along with gunfire and death. I honestly don't mind that I died and lost stuff, its the fact I died to a hacking/exploiting piece of shit that pisses me off. So fuck you, and all of you that hack and exploit.

Because i was looking directly at the Barrel smoke when i died. As in I could see the weapon firing but no person/weapon there.

Shit I imagine it would incredibly fun to actually have someone surrender. But realistically, you're much more likely to lose your opportunity. With the huge amount of ALT F4 right now, you're just giving them a chance to bail. It's not worth it, especially if you had a clean shot to begin with. Another downside is, you steal their shit, let them live with no weapons or what ever. They get the shits and they are still closer to your location then what they would be if you killed them. They find gear and boom, you're now more vulnerable then what you would be if you killed. Basically Cons out weigh the Pros.

yes, you were. obviously you coulda taken them down, or at least one without being shot. But it seems like the risk of losing that gear, or getting a flesh wound is just too much for you to handle, you'r right it is a game, the problem is that the game at the moment allows for pussy tactics. Looking forward to the near future where this sort of thing is monitored.

Was just playing on US 316 a minute ago. and me and my friend found a fully functioning helicoptor at NW airfield. After he was fired upon by someone unknown, the shooting stopped and he made a line straight to the chopper. Whoever was shooting at him was completely gone, never to be seen again. The chopper takes off, we start to fly away and then poof! Helicopter is gone and the characters are falling to their deaths! Has this happened to anyone else? or anyone heard of it? is it possible the person shooting was an admin and was butthurt by his chopper going missing? Admin abuse or just alpha mod bug? Really want to hear people thoughts.... it was a little heartbreaking

Just a story of one of the most entertainging things to happen to me and a friend so far. So last night me and my RL mate were rocking it on AU2 i think it was. We'd messed around for a while, I found my first bycycle and was loving life. I eventually died and what not and we both spawn near balota airfield. As we head to meet up we both hear gunshots. so we go to scope it out, he has a hatchet i have nothing. As we get to the sheds at the northern end, we see a few guys cruising around and shooting zombie, ak's mak's that sort of stuff. Then we can hear the noise of something being repaired.... the first car we'd seen so far. we had to have it. So my friend with the hatchets runs in swining like a mad man, and amazingly surviving. while he's messing with them i run out and jump in the car to see if its road worthy.... PERFECT CONDITION.... WIN! As soon as I took off in the car two of the three guys being hacked to death by hatchet end up sprinting after me and dissapeared. We had the car for a good hour or two, cruising north, gathering supplies and what not. get to a barn, I'm parked out the front while he goes looting. I've been mostly stationary now since I figure we're so far inland that I can get comfortable... wrong. Sniped and hijacked to the sound of a guy over direct yelling "thanks for the car fuckers!" not even mad... well done sir, well done. I would love to know who we stole it from though, and get their reactions... i imagine it would have been priceless. Even the guys who got the car after us.
