    Dayz wont launch/start

    heys guys, im having trouble getting the game to start up. I get no errors, no loading screen, I click play but nothing happens. I'm stuck on the windows home page. I downloaded dayz exp, the game launched with no problems. Could it be something in the dayz sa files that im missing? is it possible to transfer files from EXP to SA. I also tried verifing the game files through steam but that didn't work, cleared the steam cache, downloaded some windows files, and also tried reinstalling the game.

    I tried out what you said and I got the game to finally load, only problem is that I got an error saying that the game wasn't the correct version. which files specifically did you transfer from dayz exp to dayz sa.
