    When crouching, the character should make an effort to 'stifle' coughing & sneezing

    As long as the farting was quieter than the sneezing, I guess that would work!

    Not to make it utterly silent necessarily, but it would be more ideal when trying to sneak around if other players are nearby - of course in a real scenario you'd likely be quite capable of suppressing as much noise as possible. Or, perhaps alternatively it could happen less frequently when crouching.
