Cannot see server in history or server browser

I'm able to join said server via invite or if I dont join another server and launch the dayz client and press play. When i go into history or favorites on the dayz launcher the server simply does not exist. I've tried using DZSA launcher, the in client server browser, direct connect, and even favorited it in the client server browser because it pops up when i search via the IP address but just appears with the name "Loading..." i have been working the owners of the server to attempt to find a solution but so far nothing. All i can now is manually load all the mods for the server and join via invite or the play button on the client. I've never seen this happen before but If anyone has any idea or has encountered this issue before, any help would be appreciated.
