Hoods and zips I think it would be cool if you could choose if you wanted your hood up or zip on your jacket undone or done up. Layering clothes Another nice feature would be the ability to layer clothes. This would be very helpful as it would create better insulation for the people wearing it and would also be a nice change from the constant Hunter and military uniforms. So like two different slots for jackets and t shirts and shirts or something. Belts I think the new rope belt should be able to hold a small pistol as well as a knife(not at the same time). Just like a ij derringer or a flare gun. also add machete sheaths as a belt attachment.

I think the laughter effect that kuru has is really cool. but I think it could be taken further such as physical effects to the players character like hair loss, the skin turning pale or grey, blood around the mouth and physical malnutrition. I think this would be a cool and terrifying addition to the game.
