    Always getting sick after 1.18 update

    Same, I drank a found water bottle and it gave me cholera. which is understandable. but I've used vitamins to lose the icon and symptoms ( no more vomiting or sweats.) Cholera returned after some time, the second round I ditched my mask and didn't eat or drink anything, the virus left and again returned with no cause. I'm on round 3 cured (for now) and hoping I'm not bugged.
