    VEHICLE UPDATE (database side): 2012-06-16

    Day 0 - We got with friends two (2) ATVs. Day 1 - Someone stole them. Day 2 - Managed to get V3S Civilian. Day 3 - We lost it in 4 hour battle with the half of server apparently being a clan. Day 4 - Found a bicycle and an old hatchback . Day 5 - Driving on an old hatchback, I found a tractor, another ATV and bicycle. Day 6 - We lost f&£*ing everything due to server restart. Day 7 - Got LADA, or at least a car, that looks like LADA. Day 8 - Lost it due to another restart. So don't worry, there are vehicles & idiots who leave them in easy-to-spot places, and they can be found, for sure. We play on European server, but I'll not say on which. So I think vehicle rates and rotation are good, just would be good to add some more bicycle spawns, and maybe some bicycle-bike hybrid spawns (so called mopeds).

    Zombies are perfect now. Morphine is good too, you just need to be more careful.

    [FIX] Work over the hatchet so it does not act as a arm range pistol. Right now it produces small clouds, similar to gunfire, upon each swing. Also, there is blood effect if you strike with hatchet in prone lying on the road. [sUGGESTION] Might be logical to increase morphine spawn rate in military structures, and maybe some ~0.05% chance to morphine spawn in common house. It could be doctor's residence before the outbreak.
  8. [sTRANGE] On logoff zombies disappear, yet, SOMETIMES, I log in unconscious for 2 minutes, but sometimes not. [bUG] Standing zombie model blinking over dead zombies corpse. (Military zombie, Kamenka Airstrip). [bUG] Monkey zeds do not go in to the rooms, they are sometimes still standing on the fence, albeit same crawlers had found me on third floor 20 minutes earlier. [DISBALANCE] Is it realistic that the guy I killed (self-defense) took ~6 chest hits from my AKM ? I am quite sure for the number of hits (I might boast, but I am good at shooting things.).
  9. [bUG] Attacking with hatchet in prone will cause blood particle splashes (on road).
  10. [bUG] Player corpse disappearing after ~8 seconds from kill. Seems to apply only to player killed by player. I am almost certain of that. [bUG] Being prone in the doorway and trying to turn (not head, but all the body) results in shattered (not broken)(forgot the word) bone. [bUG] While swinging the hatchet it protrudes little clouds upon these, similar to those of a gunfire being made. [PROBLEM] Bones brake even upon running to the wall, or just intersecting with another human and (seems like) zombie too, even on low (walking) speeds. [sUGGESTION] Add morphine spawn chances in fuel stations and, maybe, a microscopical chance in living houses, thus there might be a chance that in that house was inhabited by medic, before the apocalypse. As for the gas stations - they usually tend to sell lots of useful stuff, due to high traffic and wide variety of people visiting them per usual basis. [bUG] Zombies spawn indoors ignoring the 30m rule, I just got 3 of them in less than a meter from me, and yet I am indoors (gas station).
  11. [bUG] Hatchet seems to produce sound, because it attracts some zombies in (possibly) audible range, even if they do not see me. I was surrounded by hills and a concrete wall + building behind the wall, therefore I am quite certain, that they did not see me.
  12. [bUG] I killed a zombie with hatchet. I stand on his corpse, another zombies spawns 2 meters in front of me, and does not aggro.
