My server is not displaying the mods on the Steam launcher but does work fine on DZSA launcher. How to correct this?

I have been told you need to close Steam and reopen again to help with this issue.

It seems when driving in the rain, you now get wet. this was not the case in 1.16. Probably has to do with adding warmth from driving.
