    CF TOOLS BAN

    Hi, after a few weeks without playing I install DAYZ and when I joined community servers (only moded servers) the server kick me and said "admin kick( CFcloud: access denied (CF: A: 1)))". I investigate what could it be and and apparently write CF CLOUD seemed the best. I sent them a mail explaining this with my steam URL and they thold me "Your account was terminated due to fraudulent non-payment and use of multiple accounts. We reserve the right to not work with, or deny access to individuals that are in violation of our terms of use or whose actions do not align with company policies. Your account is currently limited and you are not eligible to access CFTools services or services facilitated through CFTools by a third party. Our decision in this matter is final." Obviously I reply that I don't understand what he is accusing me of because I have never had any type of ban or used cheats and finally I told him to pass some proof of what he was telling me to know that what he says is true about my account. Has anyone experienced this or know what to do? Thanks alot
