    Turns out using a VPN worked. Also turning windows firewall off works as well. This is definitely problem for the server owner so thanks for nothing I guess.

    I have tried everything. Server I've been playing on just changed IP's Server works just fine and I have the IP & Port number. Vanilla DayZ launcher can't see it and direct connecting fails; nor does it show up in my recent tab. DZSA launcher can see it and it shows how many people are online but shows an "Offline" status and I'm not able to connect. Everything is up to date and I've verified game files re-installed both the game & the launcher; deleted what ever folders that might have old cash data that is making me try to connect to the old IP. My friend who lives only a few blocks away is getting in just fine and so is all but one other person other than myself. I tried connecting through steam's friends list and that didn't work at all. I tried un-powering my modem/router and that didn't work. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
