    Help with server please

    Hello, I edited my chernarus server file(types.xml) to spawn no food and no bandages. But I rarely still get bandages from a regular zombie. Or the bandage is in a clothes item. No hospital nearby in these cases. Same rate is with the food cans, rare, but still manage to find. Although I haven't found any food inside houses. Pears and apples still spawn under trees. I checked carefully about found items, quantities and all else is set all to 0. I did those changes, when server was active, but noone had joined yet. Does that cause this? Should I start a new world like in minecraft? How do you do that and how can you do that with dayz server? Thanks in advance
