Great. Another person who can't read. That's not what he said at all. He said the new players brought CoD with them and turned into a free-for-all, which I can actually kind of agree with. Back in late May last year, there was much less KoS, although it still existed I can say.

Seriously, it is best the way it is. Rewards for helping, and no penalties for being a bandit. You shouldn't be punished for a playstyle (or rewarded), but at least it does something. I'd rather have nothing telling me how to play, and I WILL NOT play a game with penalties for banditry, although rewards for being a hero I can accept. (Btw currently I'm a hero with 11k humanity from about a week of playing)

I play on a whitelisted vanilla server, it's nice because it's the actual DayZ experience, and without hackers, or combat ghosting. Admin is great to so it's actually a fun game again, like back in June of 2012 before all the hacking.

What Server Does Everyone Play On?

It is impossible to everyone to play on a single server. Everyone usually plays on the 1000+ DayZ servers which can be found through various server lists -
This is DayZ, not National Park simulator 2013 I like the idea, but it could be a lot simpler than that

Why Being a Bandit is Good and Bad-are Heroes any better?

Well you didn't describe either a bandit or a hero. Your definition of a hero just gives people stuff, but that first friendly interaction can save them from becoming a bandit, which a first interaction with a bandit could cause them to join the KoS playstyle -

Well the reason no is joining is because they would rather join a wasteland server over that. It's basically the same thing as you have there, except you don't have those pesky zombies. -

It's my favorite sidearm, I always aim for Headshots, so the ability to not alert zombies is great. -
I was going to start on something, but my creation began to scare me before I could touch it up and make it all work. I can't finish it. If someone else would like to, I would probably smear or something over the back of the original hair so the colors are the same all the way through, and then either get the neck, or just blend those together. Then go back and make sure to get more detail in on the chin area. Anyways I'm too creeped out, his eyes stare through your soul at himself standing behind you.

Well the biggest issue here is that you are using an console controller... I would recommend ditching the controller as a first step, and see if that solves the problem, if not come back and ask again. -
Teamspeak is also nice because of push-to-talk and a better voice detection so you don't here younger siblings of your friends screaming all the time and other general background noise+ the quality is relatively the same and it is a little easier on the CPU meaning more for games. I used skype for a good month or so, but I like Teamspeak much, much better. Back on topic, I agree external communication adds a lot more fun to the game. It makes communication easier and clearer+ you can communicate over the entire map without broadcasting your every move.
