Really no initiative to play when you have maxed out your loot except waiting to die, because you cant expand your camp. Can someone confirm that putting down a new tent will make it save once? Because then I can just save my gear once and atleast start dying. Hoping that Rocket will prioritize making the loot systems like gear/tents/vehicles solid soon.

Definitly server getting hacked. With the priest we thought that it might be something real, like they will die for you and distract zombies, thats why we posted. But it just got silly. Just logged off because if the hacker got bored he might drop a nuke.

Havent really came across much NVG and Thermal but I dont think the ghuillie or camo make a huge difference. The fact that grass cuts out over a few meters certainly doesnt make the ghuilie OP (just abity harder to see longrange) and when lying in grass the ghuillie needs to be crouched to shoot anything further then 2 meters around him. Ghuilie could be the best suit in the game and therefore made really rare but before it becomes that I feel like a bigger range of clothing should be introduced. God knows Arma II has the database for it.

Im sorry but have you guys even played 1.7.1.4 we a new char?

Based on this tweet I think 1.7.1.5 is on the bench because tents will be wiped and people need a chance to get them down. But waiting maybe up to 24 hours and leaving us with 1.7.1.4 AI is really messed up.

My question really is what am I missing in DayZ without this DLC? What are the chances that DayZ can add the missing textures for DayZ so that people with only ARMA II CO will get the complete experience?

Its just waiting for a new patch because just played about 15 chars for 15min each and all I did was, get caught, run for 15min and decide to give up and try agian. Just a shame because the AI in 1.7.1.1 and stealth felt better then most triple A games that try to implent it as a mechanic.
