I know the arma 2 engine isnt great for melee fighting, but i have found with the corwbar / hatchet, that my reach seems to be smaller than that of the zombie, my arms are just as long and i have an axe on the end of them. I realise this is a very new feature, but i just feel that the range should be increased, perhaps add swinging while moving like zombies are able to do. My 2 cents on this new feature.

I think the moonlight should show up things more, if were going for realism / authenticity, the moonlight will reflect on surfaces, and if you've been out in in a field on a clear night its quite bright when your eyes adjust. see photo. http://www.sciencephoto.com/image/133193/530wm/C0070175-Moonlit_corn_field-SPL.jpg obviously not as bright as this, just making a point... -
Zombies spawning in buildings...kind of makes stealth pointless now..

I dont mind the fact zeds can spawn in houses, why wouldnt they be in there. the fact they can hear you fart from inside a house a mile away is a bit annoying though -

Im not here to bitch or moan, the games amazing, i love it, we are here to give constructive feedback and help develop the game and make it as good as it can be. The aggro in the new patch seems to be too sensitive, not sure if this was intended. some veiws have been expressed on the matter in this thread http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=16141 -
In a game like this, when our sound, and light is a constant factor of life and death stealth plays probably the biggest role in survival. Definitely needs reverting.

I agree that the aggro is a tad too sensitive, i was just testing it out, pulled one, from, mustve been 100m at least crouch running, ran through a building out the otherside, crouched walked, my vision was 0, sound on 0-1 bar, the zed still managed to easily chase after me round and round, and i just bled out, was no hope of escape. I like the zombies investigating for you, but the aggro is just too sensitive, sound bar seems to always be on 4 bars unless im crawling or not moving. tl;dr. Sound bar always high, zed aggro very little too sensitive.
