    After reading a couple of articles, I can immediately add that after the mail was hacked, Steam was hacked, why couldn’t it be restored for a long time? Because on the hacked mail I kept the login, password, registration of my accounts in the "Important" folder, I miraculously restored the account.

Why do you give a ban on the account, and do not tie the ban to the computer hardware? Yes, I'm a fool, I've been hacked, but why am I suffering? Can you help me? Check IP, computer hardware at the time of games with cheats? Please do not deprive me of the opportunity to play your game....
