    Building Vehicles.

    New player, two weeks in, on xbox, and on officially server. I am having trouble putting a vehicle together. I know that you have to have all the outer vehicle parts (doors,hood,tires,ect..) for the vehicle you want to fix. I know some vehicles are wrecked and can't be fixed. I always have all the parts that go into the vehicle. My problem is i can't get or open the vehicle menu to add the part. Is there something I am doing wrong that needs to be done in order to get the vehicle menu to come up? Do I have to have the tires fix and on first? I am using the dayz map app and making sure I am at a yellow vehicle or does it matter?
