    Hello, I own a game hosting company in Brazil, with anti ddos specialization and all of my clients of a certain server hardware/IP address are getting kicked because the following error: "kicked from server: 240 ( (Server owner is to contact Bohemia Interactive at [email protected] a))" I received some feedbacks from my clients and according to that, it seems someone that who host with me didn't followed the Bohemia Interactive policies. Could you please tell me which server exactly did that? And, if possible, unblock the others servers? I've already sent several emails to [email protected], but no response was provided. Btw: I see BIS as a partner. I will cooperate with you if my clients are violating your policies.
