Welcome to DayZ. Driving can sometimes be a challenge and it depends on several factors, I believe; mainly your internet connection/quality and which console you are playing on. I don't believe the damage issue is limited to the ADA. The vehicle which seems to be the most durable is the M3S truck. I play on the Xbox Series X and have very good internet service and driving is usually very stable for me, but I still occasionally have issues 🙂

If it's a community server, there may be a Discord for the server, in which case you can find the admin there. Otherwise you can message other players who may be online and ask around. As to your basic question, the admin does not have the tools to directly return your items on console (Xbox). They may be able to help you gear back up though.
