I'm still getting error 0x00040031 still after the latest update the update did nothing

What is warning 0x00040031 why do I see it everytime I try too join my community that I'm in. Any chance of sorting this out please as I'd like to rejoin my friends. I've been having this problem for nearly 2 weeks now since the new update. I'm using an xbox one x but people on a base xbox or one s can still join all I get is that error.

I've been having the same problem I always get 0x00040031 error come up now as well

Been having the same problem for days now and I've reinstalled the game reset my router and everything and still see this error. It's really putting me off the game as I wanna get back to the community I'm with
