I dont see an off button for Toxic Dynamic events does this mean we are just stuck with them whether we want them or not? or is this entirely controlled by the .json?

is there anyway we can get more information about this file and what the parameter's do. I have looked everywhere for information on this and it practically does not exist hope this was the right place to post this to get information.
