Wouldn't make it harder I think. So let me get this straight, you want 2D (overlay) scopes to be like PU scope, PSO scope, and ACOG (3D models)? Because yes, that would be a nice visual change. I agree with that suggestion. But if you are asking for legit Picture in Picture rendering method - where outside of the scope isn't zoomed, but inside is a new rendered zoomed in image, then that's gonna be rough to run (low framerate when zooming).

And how would you make sniping harder, or how would you nerf scopes? I personally think it's fine.

Probably done to stop stream sniping and stalking in general. Good change for streamers and stops the meta a bit.

Official servers share characters. From my knowledge 1PP servers have one hive, and 3PP have another (So 1PP character can't go on 3PP server, and vice versa). You can't have multiple characters from what I know. Community servers usually have 1 character per server (so no sharing). Edit: Best 2 things you can do are: (free) play on a community vanilla server to have a new character there (and one on official), (costs money) or buy a second copy of the game (also you would need another steam account).

Chernogorsk has a hospital and a store that can spawn medical stuff inside and in the nearby places, but yeah, most of the time hospitals are empty. I agree, maybe the prison island should have a field hospital, and stuff like that, just to make it seem like there USED to be survivors there before the evacuation/death. For me personally the prison island seems like a waste of time, instead of going there, one could go to Zelenogorsk and have higher and better loot chances, so why not put a field hospital on prison island?

You are talking about this like it's some gamebreaking exploit that is 1000% Pay2Win and makes you kill everyone on the server instantly while giving you god mode... If you abuse server restart queue to kill anyone while they are logging in (you join first), with or without Priority queue, you aren't being a fair player. Not that it's bannable, just not 100% fair, and there's nothing much you can do about it, since it's just how the game works. Server restarts, you get put into the queue, you may be first, or last, or in the middle... The solution to this is really simple... Just avoid server restarts all together, don't engage in PVP during those moments, don't log back in immediately if you have a bad queue number. Point of Priority queue is not to get you sooner into PVP to kill someone while he's waiting for his loading bar to fill up, it's made primarily for those who... Don't want to wait, like streamers for instance. Who enjoys watching a 15-20 minute silent loading screen stream? If you can provide better monetization methods, I'm sure BI and server owners would love to hear about it, but for now... chillax a bit. EDIT: So if you take worst case scenarios to remove certain features, then you probably also don't want admin tools? Cuz there IS a possibility that certain shady admin is using it to see through walls and use cheats, right? So let's remove handy admin tools that are used to track down and ban cheaters and stream snipers and griefers /s

Most probably yes. That kinda stuff was in 1.12 or 1.13 experimental I think. It should come both on PC and consoles.

Supporting servers without direct PVP/gameplay advantages... It exists because it's the fairest way to monetize and get some money/support by your players (other than straight up donations).

I don't know... try resetting your settings fully be deleting graphic config file, something might be borked. Also, check your display settings in your GPU settings, something might be wrong there. Edit: Here's the path to the configs, C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ Backup and delete DayZ.cfg and *username*_settings.DayZProfile, and try running the game with both of those 2 deleted. Game will automatically remake them, but your settings will be reset. Edit 2: My gamma value in _settings.DayZProfile is "gamma=1;", which should be default value.

Reduce your brightness to 50% (not 55%) or switch the game to Fullscreen mode, it does that when it's in Windowed mode (Windowed fullscreen that is) + boosted gamma over default value.

So you want bikes to be added so they can be "broken, buggy deathtraps" (you said it yourself) Maybe bikes were/are planned once cars are sorted, there's no reasons NOT to add them I don't think anyone is defending this... why do people act like people are defending it? Majority of people are just sh*tposting about cars, and a minority of people is just explaining how you can minimize that issue.

They don't spawn NBC infected anymore. The only place that spawns NBC infected might be the static zones, that's it. Although, medical places and such CAN occasionally spawn NBC infected, but that's with and WITHOUT the dynamic zone.

My best recommendation is to try out other maps, there's several modded maps that are quite popular: Esseker, Namalsk, Takistan, Deer Isle... I've recently tried out Namalsk (yes... I didn't play it until now...) and it's an amazing map (although I played it with a friend so there's that). There's also few community servers which aim for SOME roleplaying, but don't enforce it, not sure which ones tho but I do know they exist. Maybe your best choice is to take a break from the game for a bit, and wait for the next patch to spice it up a bit.

I found this online... you probably (hopefully) tried it already... "My fix was unfortunately super simple. Once you turn the game on go to the battle eye option, check the box that says you agree to the rules. Then there is a confirm or agree button at the very bottom of the box that pops up.
