But the release of the virus into society had resulted in the unimaginable. Without knowing, TGU unleashed a virus so deadly, it created the undead. They were surrounded by zombies. The virus was still in the testing stages when the Agency realized it had been stolen. They quickly learned the TGU were the ones behind the theft and if they didn't get ahead of this, it could be catastrophic. With only one test vial left of the virus, the Agency began working on a cure, being careful not to destroy their last chance at regaining control of their world. As the Overseer of Chernogorsk, it was a surprise to hear of a visitor's arrival. The Agency had sent someone to notify the only city left that hadn't been affected by the virus. Safe houses and transportation services were arranged for any survivors from surrounding cities to Chernogorsk. The citadel would be reorganized for survivors of the virus and defense against the creatures it had given life to. Still unsure of the virus' power, the Agency began to experiment on the deceased. If they could learn what caused some of the victims to become zombies maybe they could figure out how to destroy them In recent years, the TGU has been working on the unthinkable...they want to control the undead. As the saying goes, if you can't beat them, join them...and they succeeded. A new kind of soldier is patrolling Chernarus, casting doubt as to what the fate of our great territory will be. Only through unity can the Citadel hope to succeed in their fight against this evil scourge. But distrust runs high and moral runs low in these apocalyptic times, and to survive one must be wary of outsiders. One never can be sure where another's allegiance lies...
