Greentears

I have been playing the game for two days now and have yet to find water bottles that are full or cand food? but i can seem to find a large amount of guns. I did not no guns were more popular than food or water :P If any one could point me to the food and water it would help ps: I no its in towns just cant find it just cans and car parts.
