    I had the same problem and spent a week messing with different settings. I found the fix to be disconnecting my VPN. It was messing with the connection. Good luck!

    Sorry sir, I don't have much to suggest. Because I didn't see anyone trying to help, I thought I would suggest checking that your computer conforms with the suggested parameters (available RAM, video card and processing speed). I think your computer is getting backed up and stalling the whole process. Good Luck.
