    Came here searching for this! When you shoot an unsuppresed weapon inside a forest area birds should fly away from that spot. Nothing render-heavy. Just an indication that the shooter was at aproximatly at that area.

    Since bases become more popular, a water collection system would be good for survival. I imagine it as a barrel with slots to attach some items to specialize it for the purpose. Maybe tarp (since it's been introduced) and netting (a lot as a filter) or/and chlorine tablets. you could go up to it with a bottle or a canteen and fill up. Maybe you can refill it with a jerry can that you topped in a well or any other source. If the source was contaminated then the filters would do the job of cleaning it. Or it could be filled by rain, same way crops are watered by it. Keep up the good work!
