finally found a road flare and 100% the game! took 26h in total. And 8h of solely looking for this one item after having completed all other achievements!

where do you find them? In cars? In houses? I'm also on 6766

This achievement: https://www.trueachievements.com/a270894/im-the-firestarter-achievement I found matches and I made a fire starter kit. My achievement tracker is at 67%. Just need these f***ing road flares. 25h in now, and haven't found a single flare!!!

I have played for nearly 20h now and haven't found even one road flare. I've been to police stations, garages, general stores, military bases, crashed cars etc. Are you sure you included flares in the game?? Where can I find them? I only need one single flare for my last achievement.
