    Hello Marrrk36, You have to combine stackable items a different way. In your case, put the 3 pieces of 9mm ammo in your hands, search the 5 pieces of 9mm ammo in your bag, and press 'B'. This way, "B Combine" should appear in the lower right corner on the screen.
