    Faced with such a problem. The only way to solve it is to log into your account and play with another computer. 100% problem solving. p/s Сталкивались с такой проблемой не однократно. Единственный способ решить данную проблему - войти в свой аккаунт стим и игру с другого компьютера. 100% решение проблемы.
