Agree we could use radios. And block out use of teamspeak/skype/ventrilo, so it makes sense Direct communication and radio comm should be only means of comm i game. Now to reply before new posts about ts/skype blockout: yes i do not care for your team getting lost. This is postapocalyptic world. Find your way or die. My mates, me included, use TS, and it is quite OP for this game. Should have radios with limited range and switchable freqs, so sometimes you could hear others secret plans. I know it is impossible to limit TS use, but would be great for dayz

Moonlight is bright. On island where i live you can read newspaper on full moonlight once your eyes get adjusted. That part is missing ingame as actualy one can blind you for few seconds if flashing light into your eyes

Boat speed is realistic considering their models. I live on an island so trust me. Own one simmilar to that small boat ingame. Such boats tops at 8-10 nmph, they are not speedboats. Temperature drop is normal, but only with no sunlight should it occur. No storage space is dumb! Fuel consumption is way to high fir fishing boats (10 liters for 1 km!!! - should be 10 liters for an hour to be real for slow ones) No eating/drinking/shooting from a boat is also dumb. Was so happy when i found one, but it needs slight fixes to be more usefull. Actualy not being able to shoot from ANY vehicle is dumb. Arma...

Arma engine can barely support building a sandbag wall. Although at least a te t should be enterae to protect you from rain. Persistency sucs still for this mod as all you have to do to get away fkr bad weather is to hop on another server. So that is why noone cares for such stuff. If it is night, switch server. If it rains - switch If you see another player - switch No needed loot inside a store/barracs - switch... So building a shelter should be added, but first fix exploits

Server hopping sucs big time! It is not ment to be a part of the game. I will support ANY mechanism that will prevent it. At least 5 min unconciusness for changing server if last one is still online, but no penalty if it is not done at least half an hour since last logout. Legit logout, not alt-f4-ing. Which is another exploit that needs fixing. Imho this two should be top of the fix list for not ruining the mod (server hopping and alt-f4-ing) -
Wait for server restart. And think of all beautifull Arma engine possibilities

Hopefully you can make a tour in all the big enterable churches: Elektro, Pustoshka, NovySabor and Pogorevka :) And wen you collect enough fans, big airfield concerto under the moonlight

Yes! Finaly! Do it Map boundary IS clearly visible as a vegetation line, so no excuses -
works for wires, you just have to aim at wire post (having toolbox)

The problem is in camps outside map. Border line is clearly visible, and imho ANYTHING should be saved outside those boundaries. ANYTHING! -
Love this one. My bro and me tried the same thing last week to find us a slave, but couldn't make first contact without being shot at. So possible slaves had to die, and we had to go hunting to replenish lost blood. This ended our effort, and i'm happy to see it works :)

Should be more like in Fallout 3 - more important is how much bullets you have, which you combine in maximum number of full magazines + one extra with the rest of bullets. Rocket will work it out, just that arma engine sucks

Same thing happend yesterday to my brother on UK 87. We were running thru woods, and then he lost control of his character. In few seconds his character started shooting at me, and eventually killed me as i was running away. At that time, my bro allready was disconnected from server (as i saw what he was doing, as he sits next to me in the same room). Few minutes later, all characters on this server died at the same time. All players were killed instantly on uk87 also earlier today. Nuke?

Two days ago same thing with wehicles not being there happend on UK87. And just now, first my brothers character was took over by AI (or?) and he shot me down, following with aim as i was running!!!!! My brother was sitting right next to me and he lost control of his sharacter, commands not responding! Five minutes later, all players on server simultanously died! I noticed red AI survivor on players list? Hacked server? Bad admin?
