I feel like rain effect is very weak once you get some decent clothing. Would be cool to reconnaissance after rain knowing these who got wet need to dry :))

The only things that are bad in all games are 1. people that are cheating 2. unbalanced things. 3) i forgot; lack of QOL improvements. All the other complaints are just funny.
