Sounds like a mod is running or something else which is loading a PBO file. Suggest trying Dayzlauncher.exe (found in dayz folder) disable all mods. Try again. No Joy suggest deleting addons and scripts folder under dayz folder within steam and verify game cache. This will be an issue with your client setup and not an issue with the game per say. Last but not least suggest using DayzSALauncher (google it) if you want to play modded and vanilla servers moving forwards. Good Luck!
