    Duplicated server under Impersonation.

    So i have this server setup on DayZ i will not disclose the details. But after warning time after time again an individual who was glitching, exploiting, duplicating etc..pretty much all the fuckery an admin does not wish to see on their server. In the end he was kicked and banned. It later came to light this individual then set up their own server with the same server name and also going as far as to copy my in game admin name pretending to be me. He is in a way impersonating a server which can have a detrimental effect on the reputation of server its community and admin. My question is this...Is this individual in-breach of any ToS. If not and nothing can be done then another solution might be in order. But i would be interested in any advice or info for those who might have fell to the same situation. Many Thanks
