Where are all the 1pp hardcore vanilla like settings servers?

Use the DZSA laucher and use the filter to search for first person server only. I play on KarmaKrew, RunningManZ and official on: DayZ EU - DE 1297 - 195.82.158.74:11100 -
I played on KarmaKrew (slightly modded) and TheRunningManZ (pure vanilla). I suggest to use the DZSA Launcher for playing community server. DZSA Launcher is faster, you see more server and mod handling is better.

Generate income for the owner (BattlEye Innovations e.K.) of BattlEye? As long as the marketing and sales are going well, the product doesn't have to work.

They are clean. But completely empty a found bottle before! (water in found bottle can be infected) Look at your feet with the bottle in your hand, then comes the option to pour out. And always remember that your hands are clean. Eating something with bloody hands also causes illness. If you keep this in mind you will never actually get sick. Except for the common cold, which is only annoying and not fatal.
